Mark leads on partnership development and management for TIEC, working closely with UK schools, universities and corporate partners in the UK and overseas.
Mark has extensive experience working within UK universities, primarily within the realms of international student recruitment, admissions and partnerships. Following 7 years’ experience within the Russell Group at the University of Sheffield, Mark returned to university and gained his postgraduate qualification in Careers Guidance before moving to Canterbury Christ Church University where he held a number of international roles, most recently as International Partnerships Manager. Throughout his career he has developed knowledge of UCAS and university admissions systems and processes, student recruitment, bidding and securing bespoke international contracts and working with international agents, government agencies and schools. As International Partnerships Manager, Mark was responsible for the successful operation of several strategic partners delivering CCCU degrees across the globe (in the UK, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Greece, Pakistan, Spain, Sri Lanka and the UAE), and oversaw a period of continuous high-level growth. Mark has travelled extensively for international business development purposes, and has experience of successfully working with partners from many different countries.
Mark aims to strengthen relationships with existing TIEC partners, and increase our global partner network so that an increasing number of families, in the UK and across the world, can benefit from TIEC’s expertise in education consultancy and secure places at leading UK schools and universities.
